I have been overwhelmed and humbled at the very loyal and sincere reception I received on my 60th birthday.
At last Sunday’s morning tea, following 9.30 Mass, so many of you shared the occasion with me. My heartfelt gratitude goes to each and every-one of you who made this such a memorable occasion for me; from the smallest to the most senior of our parishioners. I wish to thank the organisers, the Parish Council, and you the parishioners of Holy Spirit who gifted me in ways of words, cards, food and presents.
Beyond this I have had so many others offer their best wishes which is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for your prayers, love and loyalty, I am privileged to be your Parish Priest.
