We are looking forward to receiving your contributions for Lids for Kids to help keep as much waste as possible ending up in landfill. Thanks to everyone who is donating CLEAN lids with the foam insert removed.
Please remember that Lids for Kids do not accept lids that are not clean.
Lids for Kids collect milk, soft-drink and water bottle lids only which are used to make furniture. Please remove and discard the foam insert and ensure they are CLEAN and DRY. They also collect lids that have plastic inside and push-pull pourer lids. They give these to schools for craft etc. If you are bringing these lids, please separate them from the milk, soft-drink and water bottle lids.
E-waste items include small electrical items including coiled cables, electronic devices eg phones (please reset to factory settings). Remember – Reduce, Reuse and Recyle and that Sustainability Sunday is the last weekend of themonth.
