The position of Office Manager at Holy Spirit Parish has become available.

Permanent Part-time – Four days per week (up to 25 hrs)
Tuesday to Friday – 9.00am to 3.00pm
  
The Parish Office Manager serves in an executive and administrative position as the primary staff member responsible for the successful functioning of the parish office while maintaining a supportive atmosphere for the other staff, parish ministries, members and visitors.  The Office Manager largely and directly assists the Parish Priest in performing his administrative function as CEO of the parish.  This position reports directly to the Parish Priest.

This is a part-time position of up to 25 hours per week including some evening and weekend work.
