Holy Spirit Parish has been on a Spirit-led journey of discernment, from the Australian Plenary Council in 2021–2022, to our detailed parish survey last year, and most recently, our Parish Assembly.
Through it all, we’ve asked: What is God calling us to do? In response, and with the voices of our community at the heart, we now present the Holy Spirit Evangelisation Vision for 2026–2029, guided by our motto: “Empowered by the Spirit to Serve.” Launched at our Masses this weekend.
This Vision focuses on the core pillars of our faith: Encounter and Invitation, Discipleship, and Mission, and centres on what matters most to us: faith formation, welcome, liturgy, schools, relationships, and community.
This Vision is not just a document, it’s a call to action. To bring it to life, we’re launching a new Evangelisation Ministry. A community-led, action-oriented team that will drive forward the mission of our parish. Everyone is invited, and every gift is needed.
