Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. For over a decade, supporters of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout have provided essential support to tens of thousands of Australians.
This year, you can make a difference.
The CEO Sleepout is an annual event to raise money for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of finding themselves without a safe place to call home. Every dollar we raise goes to Vinnies’ not-for profit services, which include food, accommodation, education, counselling, employment and health programs.
Mr David Austin, Principal at Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School Amaroo, is participating in the 2021 annual Vinnies CEO Sleepout, to be held on Thursday 17 June at the National Arboretum.
David will be joining business, government and community leaders across Australia in sleeping out. The goal is to ensure that Vinnies’ vital services can stay up and running – meeting the increasing demand due to COVID-19, job losses, sky-rocketing energy prices along with other social and economic pressures keep homelessness on the rise. David would greatly appreciate your support for this important cause.
The Vinnies CEO Sleepout happens for just one night, but it raises vital funds to support people all year round. Please feel free to make a donation at https://www.ceosleepout.org.au/fundraisers/david-austin/canberra
