The position of Administration Assistant at Holy Spirit Parish has become available.
This role has responsibility for preparing the monthly ministry rosters, organising training sessions for ministries, maintaining the parish database, recording Copyright information, conducting Working with Vulnerable People checks and providing administrative support as required.
Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite especially Excel. Experience with client management systems. Have a friendly and welcoming attitude towards people and a pleasant telephone manner.
